Refund Policy

For most items, in the unlikely situation that your product is faulty, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 14 days of receiving it. Return shipping reimbursement is not available for this. But the costumer have to wait until he get his product. While on the way its not possible to refund.

3) Contractual right of withdrawal
The seller grants the customer a contractual right of revocation in accordance with the following conditions:

3.1 The customer has the right to revoke the contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

The revocation period is 14 days from the day on which the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer other than the carrier has taken possession of the last goods.

3.2 However, we reserve the right to retain a cancellation fee of 20$. We have proven advertising costs of more than 25$, which we cannot get back or continue to use. Therefore the customer should be sure before making the purchase. If the goods have to be sent back, we will cover the shipping costs. In this case we only charge 15$ cancellation fee.

3.3 In order to exercise his right of cancellation, the customer must inform the seller of his decision to cancel the contract by means of a clear statement in text form (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sample form sent by post, see below). In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period. 3.4 If the customer revokes the contract in due form and time, the seller shall reimburse the customer for the purchase price paid, excluding the cancellation fees. The purchase price shall be refunded within fourteen days from the day on which the Seller receives notification of the cancellation of the contract.

3.5 The Seller may refuse to refund the purchase price until the goods have been returned in full.

Consequences of revocation

The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please contact us prior to returning items and obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Include this number on the shipping label.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved,  your refund then will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund in the time allocated, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by using our contact form.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by using our contact form. We will provide you with an address.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

For Shipping any item, we use a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and if this situation eventuates we will deal with it on a case by case basis. Please  remember though you are our customer and we will go to great lengths to ensure you are happy and looked after.
